Let tempt you by our selection of traditional cured meats: the Corsican ham named "Prizuttu", our Coppa (pork shoulder), ourLonzu (pork tenderloin) or thefamous Figatellu (liver sausage with stronger flavours). Our cured meats are packed in a vacuum for better food protection and conservation. We stop shipments during the hot summer season.
